Catching up with blogging at the mo....here is my day 2........with a liberal coat of glitter spray :)
My little Angel
Christmas in coming, and so is the school Nativity. This is his first school Christmas Play, and his whole class are to be Angels. So I sewed by hand a little dress from a pillowcase, my Mum helped (due to lack of time) with the tinsel on the hem, and Mum/Dad and my Uncle helped with the halo. A right family affair.
Anyhow, getting him into the costume he says, 'I look like a fairy.'.....so I feel a layout of him with that on for his book.

Nappy Cake
For our newest nephew I decided to throw my hat in the ring and make a nappy cake......the boys thought I was mad (probably right) when I said I was making a cake....with nappies. Inspiration and how to gleaned from a couple of You Tube videos.
Here is the final result........'Cool' said my sister in law.....other Mum's attending the party (other nephew's) thought it was real until they looked closer.....'Unusual' said DH.....let me know what you think :)
